ERA is pleased to announce that Jazz by Concert Properties was selected as the Best New Rental Development High-Rise at the 6th Annual MAC Awards held by the Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO). ERA worked with Burka Varacalli Architects as the Heritage Architect for this project.
ERA is excited to continue working with Evergreen at the Brickworks and begin new endeavors with du Toit Allsopp Hillier, Joe Lobko Architect, Claude Cormier Architectes Paysagistes, and Diamond + Schmitt on the next phase of this innovative brownfield project.

Congratulations to Evergreen at the Brick Works, this year’s recipient of the Heritage and Adaptive Re-use Brownie Award from the Canadian Urban Institute.
On October 30th 2006, ERA was honoured to receive a Heritage Toronto Award of Merit for Architectural Conservation and Craftsmanship on Toronto Police Services 51 Division Building. The consultant team for this adaptive reuse project included ERA, Stantec Architecture Ltd., Eastern Construction and Colonial Building Restoration.
ERA is pleased to announce that The Ojibway Club in Pointe au Baril, Ontario was the recipient of this year’s Wood Council Heritage Award. Also recognized was the Boiler House Restaurant at the Distillery District, this year’s commercial recipient of the Council’s Wood Design Award.
