Forsey Page House
Summary
Built in 1929 in Toronto’s Lawrence Park neighbourhood, this house was once home to Forsey Page of Page and Steele Architects.
Built in a combination of styles, 79 Dawlish Avenue was listed on the City of Toronto’s Inventory of Heritage Properties through an initiative by the Lawrence Park Ratepayers’ Association. ERA was retained to provide a Heritage Impact Assessment for the proposed alterations and permit drawings for the renovations.
